Terms and conditions for dog sledding adventures

By confirming a booking with M-Husky, the customer acknowledges and accepts the terms and conditions outlined in this document. These terms constitute a binding agreement between the customer and M-Husky (referred to as "the Provider") and apply to all dog sledding activities and related services offered.


Agreement

This is a binding agreement between M-Husky (referred to as “the Provider”) and the customer.


Booking

A booking is considered accepted when the Provider sends a booking confirmation to the customer, unless the customer immediately notifies the Provider in writing to the contrary.


Payment

Payment method: Secure payment link (credit card).

  • For Dog Sledding Day Trip, full payment is required at the time of booking. The booking is confirmed once full payment is received.

  • For Dog Sledding 6-Day Adventure and custom adventures, a 20% booking fee is required to confirm the booking. The remaining balance is due no later than 45 days before the agreed arrival date.


Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be submitted in writing.
No refunds are given for last-minute cancellations due to flight delays or cancellations, lack of valid passport or driver’s license, illness, or other unforeseen events. Customers are strongly encouraged to ensure their travel insurance covers such circumstances.

    • More than 6 months before arrival: 98% refund (2% transaction fee withheld)

    • 6 to 3 months before arrival: 80% refund

    • 3 to 1 month before arrival: 20% refund

    • 30 days or less before arrival: No refund

Assumption of risk and liability waiver

By participating in a dog sledding adventure, the customer acknowledges that the activity involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

  • Unpredictable weather conditions

  • Risk of injury from falls, cold, or other accidents

  • Interaction with dogs

The customer confirms they are voluntarily participating and accept full personal responsibility for their own safety, physical condition, and health during the activity.

The customer agrees to release the Provider, its employees, and affiliates from all liability for injuries, losses, or accidents that may occur during or as a result of participation, including personal injury, property damage, or financial loss.

It is the customer's responsibility to carry adequate personal insurance that covers injuries and losses related to participation.


Safety and conduct

Customers must follow all safety instructions issued by the guide(s). Failure to comply may result in increased risk and/or removal from the activity.

The Provider reserves the right to refuse participation or remove individuals from the activity if they are deemed unfit or pose a safety risk. In such cases, a 50% refund will be issued.

Participation under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicants is strictly prohibited.


Insurance

The Provider maintains liability insurance for its operations. However, the Provider is not responsible for accidents, injuries, damages, or losses beyond its control, and assumes no responsibility for the customer’s personal belongings


Complaint

Any concerns should be addressed with the Provider as soon as possible during the activity. Formal complaints must be submitted in writing within 14 days after the end of the activity.


Misprint

The Provider is not responsible for typographical errors on its website or in direct communications. Corrections may be made at any time without notice.

Price change

The Provider reserves the right to adjust prices for available (not yet booked) activities at any time without prior notice.
